On the Hunt Vol. 16The sun was standing high at this day and a chilly silence was lying over the dangerous and exotic world Felarya. Close to the border of one of the bigger jungle areas, there was a small camp of soldiers, they were called “Unit 9” a special exploration team sent from the earth to learn more about this world. Only the best and most experienced soldiers and scientists went into this unit and they were living here since months.  
During this time they were able to learn very much about the flora and fauna of the strange world and very often they had to change their camp because of predators like nagas, giants or even because they On the Hunt Vol. 16

Why not Negav?” Trisha asked a little confused and Vale was just making a grim.   
“Because if I wear my suite there, every man will start staring at me and drooling around. You remember that my suit is extremely fitting to my body? I can't wear this suite in Safe Harbor because no young man wants to go to work … they forbid me to wear it. No, forget it I'll go out and train a little more ...” she explained and waved with one hand before she turned around and vanished in direction of her own hut.

Rise like a PhoenixSafe Harbor was covered by the darkness of the night. A part of Felarya began to awake during the night, most of them predators and hunters that were hunting at this time.  
The most of their preys tried to sleep and so also the inhabitants of the small village but they all had a very heavy sleep; the knowledge about having a big and very dangerous giantess as their protector led them feel safe and nothing could become dangerous so far, there was absolutely no reason to worry.

Gefuehle-Feelings IIch stehe hier, schaue hinaus, hinaus in die Ferne.  Eine Ferne, so weit und so leer, wie eine Wüste, trocken und heiß.  Schaue ich voraus, sehe ich nicht mehr als flirrende Luft, nicht mehr als trockenen Staub.  Ich kneife die Augen zu, versuche zu erkennen, was liegt da vor mir?  Doch das einzige was folgt sind tränende Augen.  Ich stehe hier, und immer weiter starre ich in die Ferne, versuche zu erkennen, versuche zu verstehen.  Doch je mehr ich starre, desto trockener werden meine Augen, desto entzündeter werden sie.

I'm back

Ooookay, I promised to give you all some news what will happen in the future from my side. First of all; I will write again soon and so you can looking forward to some new stories. The next point is maybe a little harder to understand in the first moment but I'll try to explain: I won't continue my last story projects I started before my abscence and I've decided to focus myself again on shorter stories. Why this? Well first of all I realized in the last weeks before I stopped writing for DA, that I have alot of ideas in my head, of course, but very often not enough time and motivation to write them as detailed and well enough as I want to see them; the result was that I wasn't very happy with my work. The second reason is a little more selfish; I'm actually writing on a novel and I need all my power and ideas to finish this novel (unfortunately not in English by the way).

This means that my last story „Rise like a Phoenix“ won't be continued for the moment, but this doesn't mean that I'm aborting this story-line, I'm planning to continue my work sometime in the future. You will find more short stories like my On the Hunt series in the future, but I know also that I will make some 2-3 part long stories, but nothing that will be longer than this number.

Another point is also a apology in the same time and I can understand if some people are angry with me because of this; there won't be any contests in the future from my side, and I also have to chancel the current contest. Why this last point? This is a simple financial decision; actually my semester is close to end and I have to pay the money for university again, this means very less money and not enough for the prizes, maybe even not enough for my own subscription. But I promise everybody who entered this last contest can always ask me for a free story request or whatever. I'm very, very sorry because of this point and hope you can forgive and understand me :(

Last but not least I also offer my writing skills to everybody. If you need some body for a free story about your OC's or something else, just send me a note.


So I can say with a smile on my face; I'm back, a little more compact than before, but I'm back :)

Well, after all the time you are the first one who really said something like that here on DA ... it's nice to see that somebody is "missing" my work. Well I think my absence will be take a little longer, but I will come back, I just cannot say when this day will be. Actually I have no real motivation to continue my wiritng in English and on DA ... and in the end I see people don't really care if there are any new stories or not ;) This shouldn't be any kind of whining around or something similiar, it's just something I watched over the last weeks.

you are very welcome ^_^. I had been wondering if you were on break or just gone. I can honestly say that people here are the motivation for writing most the time, and that without critique, and nice coments from people like yourself, karbo and others-theres just not a real reason to write. If you were writing for yourself you could just read it and see it in your head, but since thats not the case, it's good for others to notice
