Again she was sitting together with her family. This time they sat in the garden, there was no cloud at the sky and the sun was shining. Jora was sitting beside her little brother, enjoying the silence and the sunshine on her skin. Moments to relax were extremely rare in the last months because all of her projects became more and more important. To be together with her family became something rare and she loved these rare moments. Her eyes were closed and she sighed deep as her brother looked beside. “Jo? He called her all the time ‘Jo’ even after she told him that she hated this nickname. “Mhhhh?” she didn’t open her eyes, she just wanted to relax “What is?” she asked. “You’ll be always a part of our family, won’t you?” he asked and Jora lifted an eyebrow. “Qhat a stupid question, of course I will.” She shook her head and asked herself why he was thinking such nonsense. Her brother seemed to be relieved because he breathed out deeply. “That’s good … well we’ll like you, even of your size.” And now Jora opened her eyes just to see in shock that she was sitting beside her brother, yes, but her brother was gigantic! She shrunk and stared up to her smiling brother who looked now forward. “Yeah look Jora, there is our new sister, Nina!” and with horror Jra had to watch how Nina stepped closer to them, as big as her brother and smiled to him before she looked thoughtful down to Jora. “Awww little brother … I listened what you said to Jora, but you know; Jora isn’t a member of the family anymore. She decided to be on her own … but don’t worry, I’ll take care of her, just go to Mum and I’ll follow you in a few minutes.” she explained to Jora’s little brother, patted his head and as the young boy nodded and ran away, Nina was looking down on her. “Well … you’ve decided … time to visit my insides …” and then she grabbed Jora, opened her mouth and the tongue came closer and closer and …

With a silent scream she opened her eyes and stared forward. Every part of her body was covered with sweat and her chest was rising and lowering very fast. Her eyes wandered around and she tried to orientate herself. For the first few moments she didn’t know where she was and what happened, but as she felt that the ground beneath her was moving and was also very soft she began to remember what happened, the meeting with Nina, the moment were she was close to become food for the other giantess.
But this was the past, now she was lying on the body of another giantess, like a small human who had to be protected from the bad flora and fauna of Felarya. As she looked around she could see that she was lying close to Jade’s bustier, the cloth was only a little away from her and the giantess seemed to be still sleeping, just her chest, where Jora was at the moment, was moving from her breathing.
Jade, the giantess who saved her life, without her she would now be digested in the stomach of Nina, maybe becoming a part of her body, but she wouldn’t be alive. A sigh left her mouth and she sat up, looked around and she decided that the jungles of Felarya never seemed to be stranger to her than now. The great trees around her were always something like little plants for her. Now she wasn’t able to see the top of them. The noises and sounds from the area sounded more intensive than ever before and she felt suddenly very small and helpless, she was now in the perfect size for every predator around and if she wouldn’t be so close to Jade, she knew, she wouldn’t be already the food for some creatures.

Jade was still sleeping. The interruption yesterday evening was a little too much and as they had arrived her sleep-ground, she just put Jora into a comfortable and safe position and closed her eyes and until now she didn’t awake, something which was a little strange too, because Jora wished that she would open her eyes and tell her that she would be normal soon. But then a little voice in the bck of her head asked her; ‘Aren’t you normal yet?’ and for a few moments she just blinked forward thoughtful. A few months ago she had answered “Of course I’m normal now” but today? She wasn’t sure, of course she was a human before and her body just changed because of an accident, yes, but finally her body HAD changed and she became a giantess and learned to come along with this and now that she was so small she felt very unsafe. Many predators avoided her because of her size, many still didn’t know how clumsy Jora often was but this was the advantage of being a bigger creature; everybody respects you and try to look after another prey, just to avoid trouble and maybe a fight. And now she wasn’t big now she was as small as a human, as she was before she landed in Felarya.
Beneath her she could feel some movements and suddenly the ground began to rise and Jora fell down on Jades belly as the giantess sat up and yawned one time with all her power and smacked dizzy. Fortunately Jora felt soft and so she just looked up and it seemed for a moment that Jade had forgotten that there was a shrunken Jora at her body but then she looked up and smiled a little sleepy. “Good morning, hope you had a good sleep?” she asked and rubbed her face. Jora smiled and nodded, even if this wasn’t the truth she didn’t want to worry Jade any more. “Yeah had a good night … even if I’m still small, are you sure Nina spoke the truth and I’ll be bigger soon?” the shrunken giantess asked and looked up, Jade nodded. “Nina is a coward … you just have to make her clear that you’re stronger than her and she’ll be the nicest person on Felarya” Jora blinked and grumbled a little “It’s hard to show power as long as she is able to shrink me and eat me …” she said a little disappointed. Now Jade smiled a little “That’s true but she ant use her power always when she want to use it. I don’t know exactly when but she has to wait and to recover her full magic and until then she’s weak because she always uses her magic, she doesn’t hunt very often and so she has no senses for survival. But Nina shouldn’t be our problem now … we have to think about what doing now.” And Jora knew that this was a good question.
“We could stay here and wait until the magic fades or you could bring me to Marya.” Maybe it was a mistake to mention Marya because Jade took a grim and shook her head “I won’t bring you to her, you don’t know what she’ll do. Maybe she’ll become hungry and then? No, no …” and now Jora had to smile shortly. She thought about if it was intelligent to remember Jade that Marya was her friend and that they lived together, but Jade had her own opinion about the other giantess and as long as she thought that Marya would be a dangerous person, she wouldn’t let Jora be alone there. “And to stay here isn’t very clever. We don’t know how long it will take until the magic breaks and all the time sitting here and waiting won’t be very productive … no … I have a idea, and I think you can see this as a chance to find your final answer, trust me.” And with these words she wanted to put Jora and sat her up un her shoulders, it was a little strange, she knew the view from this high but with her size it was very, very high and for a few seconds she feared that she would fall down but Jade looked beside from time to time while she was walking.
Her shoulder was trembling from time to time and the “ride” wasn’t very comfortable but Jora knew she was safe and as she looked beside she was still amazed. She never met a giantess in this size and everything on Jade looked familiar as she already knew it, just many times bigger. The nose, the cheeks, the eyes, even her short hair was amazing to examine because it was thicker than Joras cloth, and on the same moment she realized that this was the same impression her preys had to have from her. They passed many trees and Jade seemed to have a special goal but no matter how often Jora asked her where this goal could be, she just smiled and gave the same answer every time; “You’ll see it soon, be patient.”

At least Jade reached her goal and Jora didn’t know if the giantess made a bad joke or was serious. In the far Jora could recognize some black smoke rising to the sky and some small houses, made of wood were visible. It was a little settlement and Jora shook her head “What are you planning? Torturing me and showing me what a bad creature I’m, or do you want that they see a helpless predator?” she asked a little sharp but in the next moment she regretted her words as Jade looked a little hurt beside.
“You know I never would do anything that hurts you and no; I don’t want to punish you for the fact you’re following some basic laws of mother nature … I wanted you to see something special and I think then you’ll see more clearly” she replied while she was continuing her walk but she became slowly. Jora led her head sinking down and sighed “I’m sorry Jade, I know you wouldn’t do anything bad to me … was just surprised that you take me to a settlement … but I trust you, so show me what you wanted to show.” and with a satisfied expression on her face Jade stepped closer to the small settlement.
Jora wasn’t surprised that nobody ran away as Jade came closer, it seemed like the inhabitants already knew the human protecting giantess and as she reached the border of the small collection of houses many humans came closer, all of various ages; children, adults, older men and also some nekos were here. Jade sat down and smiled to the inhabitants “Hello together, I’m bringing a visitor with me this day …” and with these words she lowered Jora to the ground right in front of the waiting inhabitants who examined her curious. Jora felt a little strange as she looked in the different faces and in her head she already knew that these humans all would usually be her food, only the kids would be spared and this though led her gulp.
“This is Jora, a friend of me and I wanted to show her the village today.” Jade explained and one of the older man came a step closer and wanted to shake her hand “I’m the elder of the village, Cecile my name, welcome to this little peaceful place. Fee yourself like you were at home, are you hungry?”  Still confused the shrunken giantess just blinked to him and it took a while before she nodded a little and mumbled a “Yes … thanks” and she asked herself if they would still be so friendly if they know what Jora was, but they didn’t know and Jade didn’t tell them the fact that a predator was between them, she was just sitting at the border of the settlement and ate some fruits the villagers gave her.

Meanwhile Jora was sitting at something that had to be the central place, there were some banks made of wood and a long table everybody was sitting on. The food was served, it was something like chicken … Jora never knew that such creatures existed on Felarya but she also thought that she never looked after them because they were too small for her before. Now she was eating her food together with the other humans, like a big family and everybody was talking with the other, only Jora was eating in silence, the whole relaxed atmosphere couldn’t come to her.
A woman who was sitting in front of her watched her curious “Why are you here in Felarya? Seems like Jade rescued you?” she asked in a friendly way and smiled. Jora needed some time before she recognized that the woman was talking with her and she had to think a good story … “I’m a … scientist … yes and Jade saved me from another …. Giantess” how originally this story was, she thought dryly. “Ohh, a scientist, sounds interesting. And if Jade saved you from another giantess you’re lucky, I heard they are very dangerous and without mercy.” Yeah this was like a stab with a dagger right in the chest for Jora … but she decided not to show her feelings.
“And … why are you all here? Living in Felarya seems to be very …dangerous”.  Jora examined the woman carefully and as the woman smiled, she replied it.”Yes it is and the most of us are just traveler … only the older people are living here all the time because they want to have a safe place for humans, and Jade helps to protect this place. We call it simple “Safe harbor”, so that everybody know that he can come to this place if he needs safety.” Jora listened to her words, nodded a little and another though came to her mind “And why should somebody travel voluntary through this country? I mean it’s extremely dangerous with all these predators out there, isn’t it?” The woman nodded “It is …but there are many reasons.
For example I’m a survivor of a war, I try to bring my children to one of the dimensional gates to reach a new home world as fast as possible. But you see the man at the end of the table? He’s a smuggler, he travels through Felarya to earn much money, like many salesmen and traders, they risk their life for some profit … well it’s a little stupid I think. But as you see there are several reasons for coming to this place, and well, you’re here too for something, aren’t you?” and now Jora blinked very thoughtful to the woman before she finally nodded “Yes … I’m looking for the solution of an … very old problem … that bothers me very long, but I think … yeah maybe I’ve found the solution” and she smiled a little.

The rest of the day was very calm, she talked with some of the inhabitants and wandered around to examine the village, the rest of the day she was alone and used the time t think about different things. All the time she watched the inhabitants, very often the children and all the times the words of the woman came back to her mind. These humans would usually be her prey, yes, they would end in her stomach to stuff her but now there was something different, something new.
Finally Jade took her back and she said good bye to the inhabitants, with the knowledge that she never would see them again from this point of view. While they were traveling back Jade looked beside and watched her shrunken friend very carefully. “Did this visit help you to find your answer?” she asked softly and Jora nodded. “Yes I think so …”  but there didn’t follow an answer, she was just silent and Jade nodded satisfied. “However this answer will be … I’m glad that I could help you” and she was honestly with her words, Jora knew. She would always be there when she would need her and this led her heart feel a little warmer than before.
They reached the big glade and it took some hours before happened what Nina promised; the magic broke, Jora began to grow again and finally she was sitting in front of Jade, now again on the same high than the older giantess. It felt good take a look over the top of the trees and to see the whole world again from this point of view, she didn’t miss the moments when she was small. Jade was all the time very silent, led Jora enjoy her new old size before she finally looked expectant to Jora who smiled a little first but then her face became more serious.
“You see Jade … these last two days gave me a new sight of my life, of my whole being. During the time I was so small I felt so … helpless, everything felt wrong even if this was my natural size … it felt wrong. I’m what I’m and this I a giantess and I’m quite sure I will never be again in the situation t miss this feeling of something complete inside of me. Of course from time to time I miss my family, my old life on earth … but this is past and even if I never thought that I ever would accept my fate, I did … and even more; I started to love it. I’m a giantess and … today I learnt one thing; Ill never become like you but … you see, this woman led me made a decision; In fortune I’ll try to select my prey as good as possible.
Marya was right, many travelers come her on her own risk … just to become rich or famous and those … well those know what could happen. But there are also others … some who have no choice and they’ll no longer be my food. I know this sounds maybe a little naïve but I’ll try …” and so she nodded to her words and Jade gave her a smile.
“This is more than I ever hoped to hear from you and I’m happy that you decided in this way Jora. Im proud of you.”

And so it was decided but Jora should learn very soon that it wasn’t as easy as it sounded this evening … but this is another story. Jora and Jade departed this evening and the blonde giantess came back home to a very concerned Marya who was mad of the feeling that Jora was in danger.
After Jora explained Marya everything, everything only the fact with the prey-selection, the older nodded relieved and smiled a little, everything turned out good finally but what Jora couldn’t see was the glance in Maryas eyes, the glance of cold hate … but this time this hate wasn’t for Jade … no she would find that other giantess who tortured Jora in this way … she would definitely find her. And then she would wish that thisall never happened, Marya was pretty sure ...
The following part of "Who I'm?" and also the last (?) Part of this story line. For some grammar misstakes or similar I apologize but I was writting on my laptop. Finally I hope the story has the same quality like my others because I ws working on this story on several days with longer breaks (maintime was in the train while I was driving to switzerland), so please tell me if something isn't good with the story.

Although I hope you'll like it and maybe there will follow something, there are enough strings open ^^

Felarya belongs btw to :iconkarbo:
